Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and very luxurious, located right by the pool. However, it was a bit noisy being backed onto the Woolworths loading bay with lots of truck activity. The service was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was ideal, close to the city center and attractions, though the area by the pool needed some attention to prevent slips. The dining experience for self-catering was comfortable. Overall, a great choice with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had super friendly and helpful reception staff. The rooms were big and nicely cleaned daily, but unfortunately, it was very noisy due to Woolworths trucks and forklifts unloading stock outside from 3 am onwards.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and great for a short stay with a small kitchenette that I found convenient. However, being next to the Woolworth loading bay meant early wake-up calls due to the cold goods delivery. The service was a bit of a hit or miss - some staff members were extremely nice and helpful, while others lacked communication and didn't acknowledge inconveniences. The location was excellent for exploring Darwin, with easy access to key spots like the Smith Street Mall and the Waterfront, but the nearby noise of buses and the loading bay could be disruptive. The dining area was cluttered, mainly suited for self-catering, and lacked ambiance for relaxation. The facilities were overall satisfactory with no standout issues.
